Michael is Great! While house sitting for my family a few times he does as he is asked. Michael is very meticulous with everything from simple watering of house plants, to basic yard work. Anything you need to done while on business or vacation he can/will do.

I was one of Michael's supervisors for about a year and a half in the navy. I always found him to be thorough, responsible, and thoughtful. He is highly intelligent and has a modest lifestyle. The systems he was responsible for while on active duty are very sophisticated and sensitive, and he always executed his work to a very high standard. I consider him well suited to care for a home, and would happily hire him for my own home if he were in my area.

Micheal is an outstanding house sitter. I was running late and had stayed up the night prior to leaving. So my house was a mess, including my children's room. While gone Michael did my dishes, vacuumed, organized my children's rooms, feed our pets, wiped all the windows and so much more. He left our house in better shape than what it was before leaving.

Mr. Forbes was an excellent caretaker of my property and belongings while I was in and out of the country from 2016-2019. He made my time in Germany less stressful as I did not have to worry about my other residence and my time here a breeze because he would maintain various things for me such as the lawn mower/occasionally doing yard work and fixing sprinklers, taking my trash cans to the curb, changing light bulbs, and even replacing the weather stripping on front door! I highly recommend Mr. Forbes for his integrity, honesty and work ethic. His prior experience as Veteran and security guard helped give me the confidence to entrust him with my property and gave me the peace of mind I needed. I would not hesitate to hire him to house sit or even secure an estate. I would highly recommend utilizing him to his full potential, he is quite handy and happy to take help make your life easier when you are away.

I will never boose anyone else. This guy... I came home and my door knobs worked properly for the first time in years hard water deposits were removed from the sink, the toilet doesn't run anymore or leak... The weeds were all picked. He doesn't just bum around like one might expect.

It was a pleasure having Michael F take care of our home. Not only did we feel we were in great hands, but we trusted him as family, which is hard to find. He diligently monitored all areas we tasked him to, his keen attention to detail and service was phenomenal. I highly recommend him!

Michael did a great job. When we were in Spain for 7 weeks, he did what was expected, he know mail collection, fed the cat and cleaned. But the garden look amazing when I came back!! I’ve honestly never seen our garden with no weed. Thank you. Really. Never expected this level of care
