House Sitter in Seminole, Florida

I am a retired Security Officer with 11 years experience who is also a veteran who served with the WOMENS ARMY CORP at Schofield Barracks, HI. I was a 75 Delta -Personnel Records Specialist with the 25th AG COMPANY, 25TH INFANTRY DIVISION. I am a Vietnam Era veteran. My last position and duty station as a security officer was located in Largo, FL as a SITE SUPERVISOR for a major multimillion dollar boat manufacture. It was my responsibility to monitor the property via cameras, I also walked patrols of the grounds and checked the buildings for fires, chemical spills, water leaks, etc. I was entrusted by the owners of the boat company with keys and access to everything on the property. I also inspected employees belongings to make sure they took nothing off the property that was not theirs. I retired from Intrepid Power Boats on August 18th ,2017. As a house sitter for you, I will use the same skills I have as an officer, to ensure your home is looked after while you are gone as well as bring in your mail, water your plants, turn on and off lights, alarms, and be alert to anything that looks out of the ordinary.
