House Sitter in San Diego, California

Hello my name is Taffi. I am interviewing for a house-sitting work opportunity in San Diego, California. I aim to utilize my experience as a house and plant sitter. I can alter my schedule to meet your needs. I'm new to California. I've been living in NYC majority of my life but the minute I stepped foot in San Diego, I knew I wanted to live here. I'm seeking to be your house-sitter in exchange for free/reduced rent and/or a paid salary. If you're someone who doesn't spend a lot of time at home, always busy and in need of someone to keep up with house chores, lives alone and needs company when you are home, or someone who wants an assistant for whatever reason: I guarantee you will be ecstatic to have me as your house-sitter. My House-sitting services included: always keeping the house very clean, taking care of your animal(s) or children (if you have any), laundry, grocery shopping, gardening, keeping you updated with bills, house repairs, mail/packages and much more. Whether if you're home twice a week or once a month, I'll always be doing my job with or without your presence. Having a house-sitter can truly decrease your stress and increase your free time. As for experience, I've been walking my neighbors amazing bulldog for years. I've babysat and tutored children pretty much my whole life and I have references to prove it. Both animals and children love me. A little about me: I'm an ambitious artist and college student who has been craving a new environment. I love everything about San Diego: the beach, the weather, restaurants, activities, neighborhoods etc. I'm tired of the NYC cold and tired of paying $1800 for my small one bedroom apartment. I don't have any criminal record and you're welcome to do a background check on me. I don't steal, smoke, drink or do . I'm responsible and dependable. I'm young but I'm very mature for my age. You respect my privacy and I'll respect yours. As you can see I'm quite adventurous and determined. When I want something I just go out to get it.
