Hi, I'm Steve, looking to house sit near San Jose. I very reliable (have more than one vehicle), clean, great with pets, and a good handyman if needed. I have owned 2 homes and many pets before for over 30 years so I understand your needs. I was a Public Officer for 10 years which insures I'm trustworthy, but if you need, I have a current Criminal Background Report and Motor Vehicle Report for reference. I also can give a reference from past experience if needed.
Service Abilities:
I will take care of pool maintenance (had one for 15 years), mail collecting, and light landscaping. Pet care and I have personal transportation available. I have prior history in the role and can provide references.
