House Sitter in Boulder, Colorado

I have only recently started house sitting. I have references. I will make sure the mail is brought in, the premises are safe and secure, put out trash and recycling for pickup, keep the accessible areas clean, restock food, water plants, keep animals' food and water replenished, take friendly dogs for walks, let cats in and out, lock up securely when shopping, keep alarm systems armed, remove snow, keep lawns watered, and call 911 if intruders come. 24 hours, all week long. Or any combination of days/hours that the home owner prefers. I am willing to get liability insurance if required by home owner. I have broad experience in many fields. Relevant knowledge includes pool skimming and chemical treatment, housekeeping, pet ownership, alarm system arming/disarming, friendly communications with neighbors, groundskeeping, security monitoring, custodial duties, various construction trades, and ethical honest interaction with others. I am a straight shooter with no ulterior motives other than keeping your home safe and well-tended. Alarm setting, sensory monitoring of interior and exterior spaces, safety preparedness and training (formerly CPR and 1st Aid certified), carry cell phone so 911 calls can be readily made, awareness of unusual activity, pet monitoring for illness and safety.
