I have experience with being a homeowner for 30 years. I can manage most tasks needed
I am house sitting as a means to travel. I own my own home in Washington State - a duplex that is rented out in my absence. I understand what it takes to maintain a property and would treat your home as my own. I don't have a lot of experience in actual house sitting. But, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that being a business owner, home owner, mom, manager etc. pretty much qualifies me! I am looking to house sit as a means to travel and keep costs down.
