House Sitter in Rison, Arkansas

Hello! My name is Spencer. I'm available for a house and pet sitter position in Rison, Arkansas, but I can be available for towns nearby (Pine Bluff, Fordyce, and others within driving distance). I am well trusted, and currently available for many and any periods of time for house sitting and pet care. I can take care of property watching, pet and animal care, and other minor cleaning and detail if provided the tools and methods to do so. I have personal transportation available. I have watched family properties, and yearn to learn to care for others. I am willing to work flexibly concerning both wage of pay, as well as amount of time and days to house sit, as I am currently unemployed and have no prior schedules or appointments. I mostly view videos on the internet or play games on my laptop in spare time. I do not have experience with taking care of house plants but willing to learn, especially if they are easier varieties that only require water, or small gardens.
