House Sitter in San Diego, California

Greetings! My husband and I, along with our small 12 lb Jack Russell service dog. We would like to get away from hot Arizona from May 15th - Oct 15th annually (flexible). We own property in Arizona, we are retired and would like to spend the hot summers in either Pacific Beach (San Diego), Maui or Tamarindo/Samara CR; someplace warm near the beach and walking path. We are very flexible and can work with any type of agreement, house sitting/roommates, etc. (basically any opportunity to be there during those months). Being homeowners ourselves, we take excellent care of our properties and understand the owner needs for their enjoyment of their properties and, with just a few days notice, we can clean your home and be out! We can go to a hostel/hotel or a quick trip back to one of our properties while you enjoy your property during your stay. We don't need any payment since we are well off and will do it in exchange for allowing us to stay at your property when it is available.
