Thank you for taking a look at my profile My friends and colleagues know me as Mik I’m a 62 year old divorced male in great shape with a 35 year background in the real estate trades and business. I own and manage rental property in New England and have provided temporary housesitting services for the last dozen years, and am the first call whenever certain clients need coverage while traveling. I am available to house sit in the last quarter of 2018 in the Miami area. I now work primarily as an artist and musician and have steady work in the Caribbean in the high season; late 2018 through early April typically. I have been working with real property in one way or another my entire professional career. My hands-on skills has provided me work as a finish carpenter, remodeling contractor, electrician and landscaper. Many projects that I designed and built are enjoyed by my former clients to this day, decades later. I offer a keen eye to detail and a vast understanding of materials and systems of residential and light commercial property. Simply, when hired, I create great space.
