Hey my name is Andrew. I'm 34 years old and am a commercial real estate appraiser (former physical therapist in Columbia) looking to get into housesitting. I'm a native Columbian and went to Rock Bridge. Graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Missouri. Big Tiger fan as painful as it can be. Big Chiefs fan as well. I love dogs, cats, and pets in general. I've always had dogs so am pretty adept at caring for them. I'm exceptionally neat and careful. I have a few properties of my own here in town, so I know how to care for homes as well as how you need trust the person occupying your property.
