Erika is an extremely hard working and self motivated person. She was brought into my department due to covid related circumstances and in one week knew more about the job than people that had been trained for several months. I genuinely admire her work ethic and infectious positive attitude she brings regardless the day of the week. I cannot stress how astonishing it is able to distribute her any task and not one second think the outcome will be anything but flawless.
