i work downtown Brooklyn NY 11201 would prefer to house sit near that area but will be fine to go further, since i live with family i could use the extra money to help pay bills and or save up in my savings account, i can cook and clean make sure the house is smelling good by the time you come back if you prefer certain cleaning products i do not mind using what you prefer, I Do Not Smoke and I Do Not Drink Alcohol i only drink in social events but that's hardly ever, i will respect all needs and will abide any rule you give out and i will make sure to provide myself with my own food if need be
