House Sitter in Topsail Beach, North Carolina

Application: I hope you are having a good day. I'm searching for a house and pet sitter work opportunity in Topsail Beach, North Carolina. I live in the mountains of Northern Cali and would like the opportunity to be near a beach for a change. On a year contract. Very negotiable on rates. I plan to apply my skill as an avid outdoor enthusiast and amateur tv watcher. I have two dogs (Shepard and malinois- not with me). Great at watering plants and flowers, used to cutting & splitting wood by hand. 😁 Too old to have parties. House and Pet Sitter. I will work part or full-time as required. Description of Skills: I have YouTube I’ll attempt most anything that doesn’t require a contractor license of some sort. I will take care of pool maintenance, pet and animal care, and light landscaping. I also have experience training pets.don’t love snakes but it’s not a dealbreaker. Spiders should be kept outside.
