House Sitter in Las Cruces, New Mexico

At age 68 I have found I get quite ill 9asthma and bronchitis) during Wisconsin's winters But I cannot afford vacation rental prices. Given I am responsible and caring I realized I could take care of someone's pets, garden or home and meet my needs. as well. Ideal period would be January through March but I can be flexible. I am single. I retired from manager positions in midsize companies. I have my own rural home with 2 cats. My sister would take care of my home and cats while I am gone. I drive and would bring my car. I live very simply and somewhat privately so will not create wear and tear on you home. I am an amature naturalist so I will spend most of my days walking and hiking locally. I will establish routines to keep dust and dirt i might collect out of you home. If you wish I will keep my shoes outside or in a room designated by you. I use slippers in my own home. While at home I fry my food often, I will use cleaner methods in your home. I will use dishes, utensils and pans you designate so as to protect your more valuable items..... I can find a low ciost diner I will probably eat most major meals there. I am sober, having been completely abstenant for 18 years. I tend to socialize with other people who are sober, but do not judge anyone's choices. I am friendly and get along well with my neighbors evenas I manintain my privacy. I do not require a television and have my own phone. Please call me with any questions and for more information.
