Retired 30 yr Navy Cdr. and submariner (PLUS legal, land planning/design, computer software savvy, taxes & finance abilities). Available immed! • I am quite friendly doing house and animal care (over 20 years), carpentry, and light landscaping; • deliveries/pickups [pkgs only--less than 50 lbs plz) (experienced 20 yr former limo driver, New England/parts of NY w/prearranged pricing); • have my own pickup truck//personal tools (chipper, clippers, tiller, mower, chainsaw, pole saw, table saw, plumbing, electrical, sanders, drills, other power tools, etc) available--with 30 years of prior experience; • [recent projects = (ALWAYS follow code) toilet install, stair repairs, door knob retrofit, laminate floor placement, pickup tailgate hardware replacement, outdoor drainpipes (some with new water-saving barrels), stove burner repair, hot water tank blanket, plumbing fixtures, ceiling/wall painting/plaster repairs, raised garden beds, car-washing//vacuum//prep!! small engine repair, roofing, cut trees/wood chip residue, etc.]; • [recent "sits": Owner = Ledyard went to western MA, sat overnight for home/dog for 2 weeks, with home repairs; Owners = Preston, went to M.Vineyard, visit 2x daily, home/cat sit for 1 week, with home repairs; Owner = Danielson went to all-day wedding, sat their labrador, also cut logs, chipped wood, spread chips in garden] • Call or (prefer) text, and WILL reply within 24 hours (typically same day!). $$ Rate mentioned obviously varies with job requirements (for ex., daily visits vs. overnight stays; pet feeding vs. home maintenance projects; etc.);
