Hello my name is Eric. I am a married man with 2 daughters my oldest just about to wrap up year 1 of college at Holy Family. My moment to brag on her full scholarship as a Pre-Med major with the goal of 1 day being a neurosurgeon. That being said I take pride in my family and we operate on the principles of respect for others and what is not ours such another families home. To be honest in your dealings with others , take pride in what you do and remain steadfast in doing the right thing even it is the impossible option because its right. I have house sit several times over a decade ago in Minnesota, where I am from. They were for family friends, a former hockey coach of mine, and thr parents of my best friend. What I can say is I never leave anywhere worse than I arrived, I respect the fact that I am the temporary custodian to another individual, couple, or family's sanctuary, their assets and treasures, the irreplaceable and besides other people virtually all that is important to them. I can provide any yard work needed, cleaning services if wanted, snow removal, mail collection, pet sitting if required. My family has 3 dogs and 3 cats of our own. I am not a trainer, but I can in most cases acclimate to most pets quickly. Professionally speaking pre COVID I spent 6 years in 3 different sales roles and the 10 years prior as a risk management auditor specialized in the automotive industry specializing in auditing car dealerships for the financial services divisions of automakers or the large financial institutions that financed their operations. I represented 65 different clients including Toyota Financial. Wells Fargo, Mercedes Benz, BMW Finance, US Bank, Chase Finance, GE Capital and Citi Capital to name a few.
