House Sitter in Madison, Wisconsin

I'm an
Individual
I've recently moved back to WI after being on the East Coast for 16 years. By trade I'm a Senior Clinical Applications Analyst, but I'm now a starving artist (Freelance Photographer) with many NRA certifications, if the need arises. If you live in a high crime area I won't watch your house, I'll help you sell it so you can move. If you happen to have a dog, we can work something out for me to walk it, play with it, feed it or set it free if you don't want it anymore. No cats. Sorry I'm allergic to cats. If you need a Real Estate Photographer we can work something out, don't let the realtors take photos of your home, they think that taking photos with their smartphone is actually smart, but it truly isn't. Improvisational comedy is free. If you find it difficult to laugh at life in general then you don't want to hire me. I don't walk dogs that have a tendency to eat small children. I don't drink alcohol, ingest illegal stuff (not allowed to put the real word here) and don't sit in houses that have illegal stuff (not allowed to put the real word here) in them. If you leave them out in plain view, have your attorney's phone number handy. I will housesit and dogsit, but I don't babysit. I will work outside of the limits of the Gemini Drive area, but at my discretion. If you own a snowblower than I can take care of keeping your walks and driveways clear while I am housesitting. I'm from Northern Wisconsin where the snowfall is far greater than in this area. The rate shown on here is per day. To me a day is 8 hours, but if you only need me on an hourly basis my rate is $30/hour and .55/mile. Overnight stays can be negotiated. We can meet for coffee for a meet a greet if you'd prefer? Not a problem at all.

My brother, Michael LiDonne is a hard working, self-motivated and responsible individual. He is organized, deals with issues promptly and with care. He pays attention to details and promptly deals with problems that may arise. As a home owner, he maintained and lovingly cared for his home. In his work, he has always gone above and beyond what is required and worked hard, thus becoming a senior systems analyst.
