House Sitter in Key West, Florida

Hello! I am moving to Key West to accept a job at a local school, and am seeking a place to live until we can bring our boat up from the Caribbean in January. I am a 50 year old female professional educator and owned a home in New Mexico for 20 years. I am an experienced pet owner and am happy to take care of dogs, cats, chickens, fish, and reptiles. I enjoy gardening and will happily take care of your plants. I will keep your home clean, organized and well-cared for until your return. My former home had solar and a wood stove, and was in the desert, so I understand energy and water conservation quite well. It is possible that my husband would be able to join me before January. He is an experienced project manager in the building industry and would be available to complete any maintenance or repairs you may require. I will have a full time job during the day, so that is important for you to know regarding any schedules your pets may require - unfortunately I cannot be home with them all day long, but will give them lots of love and whatever else they need early in the morning and in the evenings. I really wouldn't require much pay outside of the benefit of having a secure place to stay!
