I am a middle school teacher who is looking for house sitting opportunities in the Shenandoah valley . I am pet friendly , willing to do grounds maintenance and basic cleaning . I am looking into housesitting because my family and i have yet to sell our house in the Northern Neck and cannot afford two mortgages . Also , at 50 years old, renting a room is not appealing to me.
