Description of General Skills: I have experience with pool maintenance, pet and animal care, and bird feeding. On top of this, I have personal transportation available. I have professional house sitting experience. House Sitting Experience (10-15yrs) I have managed 30 apartment complexes in Burnsville Minnesota and I exceeded expectations in both maintaining the cleanliness of fixtures and utilities. I worked as a Resident Advisor/Director at University of Saint Thomas so I am used to keeping a keen eye on living spaces and making sure operations run smoothly. Near the end of the stay, I will make sure to leave the living arrangements spotless, as I always stay true to the values my mother taught me to "leave things better than how you found them". Additional Skills focused on Pet Care : I am an experienced dog sitter with 10 years of experience caring for, and treating different pets. I am Red Cross certified in online emergency pet scenario ( last renewed license is 11/10/19). I have sufficient experience in using different methods of treatment for your pet(s) if necessary.
