House Sitter in San Antonio, Texas

Personal Profile: Nice to meet you! My name is Crystal Jade Bustamante and I’m 37 yrs old born and raised in San Antonio. I am looking for a house and/or petsitter job opportunity in San Antonio, Texas. To be honest (because I was raised right lol), I am currently unemployed due to health issues. I only recently got approved for disability but the monthly check is ridiculously low and I’m unable to live off of that alone. Like most who are on disability, it’s necessary to find a job to survive! Please note that I do intend to get better and wish to return to working as “normal,” eventually. This type of job will hopefully get me out of my retired parents house and meet some new people and fur babies!! I have a Bachelors Degree in Biology from The University of the Incarnate Word and have been in the medical field/biotechnology field since the age of 16 yrs old. I am aiming to apply my skill as a House and Petsitter which I have done numerous times for neighbors, as a tween and of course countless times as an adult for friends, neighbors and family. I will work part or full-time as required. The ONLY thing is that I, myself, have a 2 yr. old female mininture choco/tan short haired dachshund named, Madame President Lincoln Log. Lincoln for short. Link for even shorter!!! Lol She is house trained, has a set schedule, and sleeps with me every night. Depending on the situation/individual’s home I’d wonder if I could bring her along? If not, arrangements can be made as to not disturb your home/pet in anyway. I will say, that my sister has been dog sitting for a year now with Rover..... and has had up to 5 dogs at a time in her own home as well as here at my parents house for a full day and they all get along with no problems. Services And Training: I have experience with property watching, turning on & off lights when necessary, making sure doors are locked and/or alarms are set, bringing in & taking out trash bins if necessary, pool maintenance, and bringing in the mail/packages. Further, I have experience with all types of pets. From dogs, cats, and birds to bunnies, fish, turtles, snakes, and yes the occasional flying squirrels!!!! Just to name a few critters. Jajaja I have done house sitting countless of times and I’m able to follow directions based on the pet’s schedule as to not bring any undo stress or anxiety given the fact their family is not home. I’m also able to dispense medication to pets when indicated as well. Please know that I was taught to respect people’s property and being honest and genuine is the only way I know how to be. I am a HUGE animal lover and would do all I can to make sure they are comfortable.
