Hi my name is Kim! I am a Toluca Lake based house sitter who is looking for long-term house sitting opportunites. I pride myself on my reliability. I am a very flexible and overall easy going person, but I work hard and respect other people's time/resources/property. I am a proud mama of my fur baby German Sheperd mix, Kodi so I am crazy about animals and very good with basic training and handling. I would hope that for longer stays, my very well behaved doggo could join me sometimes. I also have an outdoor terrace with many types of plants, so I can be trusted in that area as well.
