House Sitter in Port Richey, Florida

I'm Michael, a house sitter/property caretaker. I specialize in taking care of all your home needs while you are away. I can provide pet feeding, mail collection, plant care, lawn, pool and spa, as well as most any water systems or general maintenance. I also make sure the trash and recycling are taken care of. My services are negotiable in rate, depending on the required on-site time commitment and actual work, if any needed. I live and work in Montana from May to November as an Irrigation Superintendent. I am available from November to May for House sitting/ Caretaking. I am very handy and would prefer somewhere warm. Florida Keys, South Florida, Cozumel, Culebra, PR are all places I've had longish-term stays. I'm a Scuba Instructor, as well, so someplace I can utilize that, would be ideal.
