House Sitter in Polk City, Florida

Hello my name is Laura. I am a 37 year old female whom is dedicated to putting in the extra time and efforts into both pet-sitting and home-sitting and will occasionally babysit. I am available on weekends only (fri, sat & sun). Whether it be for a few hours or staying overnight for extra love and attention I am able to do either. I do ask that for overnight stays, food/drink allowances be granted for my length of stay. I will put in extra time and efforts into animals that have special needs such as those whom have anxiety issues and are dependant on constant human attention, or those whom need medications or medical care administered to them (within my capabilities and understanding), and am devoted to extra care where needed. As with pet-sitting, I will also put extra time and efforts into home-sitting. Will stay overnight a few days if required, can fulfill light cleaning duties, can do required activities such as bringing in mail daily and looking out for packages and/or making sure appointments with repairmen get handled efficiently and in a timely manner, and am occasionally willing to babysit while home-sitting (within reason). Services And Training: I am happy to help with property watching, pet-sitting, light cooking, light cleaning and organizing, do regular everyday tasks like dishes or laundry, take out garbage/recycling, mail duties, file paperwork or handle other light business-type duties, and if you have other requests - feel free to ask and I'll be more than happy to let you know if I can provide/appease those requests. I've babysat and have done pet-sitting since I was 12 years old. I'm fairly experienced to say the least. Please Note: I may need a ride depending on the circumstances, so please keep that in mind.
