House Sitter in Atlanta, Georgia

My name is Romaine and I am brand new to house sitting. After a friend of a friend asked me to house/dog sit for her while she was away in the Army Reserves I found a new interest in helping people maintain their homes while also getting to live in other areas for a short time. I thoroughly enjoyed learning my way around, caring for her sweet and playful 90lb pit bull, and getting a mini "vacation" in new surroundings. Over my two weeks in her home, I thought to myself, "Hmm, this could be a great way to make some extra cash", then I learned there are many other people who have had the very same thought so here I am stepping into the world of house sitting. Just a few months ago I packed up my car, put my house up for sale, and moved from North Carolina to Georgia seeking a fresh start. As a single woman with no children, I have the luxury of moving with the wind, taking leaps of faith when I'm led to try out something new. My move to Georgia was one of those leaps and I continue to pursue the new and exciting opportunities that the Atlanta area has to offer; my hope is that house sitting is one of them. I work as a Corporate Trainer and Consultant offering soft skills and leadership classes to businesses small and large. As an entrepreneur, I am always looking for new streams of income and opportunities to network. A strong positive reputation and high-quality service are at the center of my business and I translate those same attributes as a house sitter. I offer the following along with my house sitting services: pet sitting, mail/package retrieval, taking out/bringing in trash/garbage, watering plants, minor cleaning, and basic home upkeep.
