House Sitter in Vancouver, British Columbia

Hello my name is Catherine. I am searching for a house sitting opportunity within the downtown area of Vancouver, BC and I'm looking for anything that might help with cutting my commute to work (I work near the Waterfront Skytrain Station). I would be available whenever required with exceptions to planned vacations of my own. I am allergic to dust, so I do to clean/vacuum quite regularly, I like to keep things organized and my friends would say I am a bit of "neatfreak". I can provide both work and character references, and I do prefer to meet in person (especially when it comes to households with pets) to see if it will be the right fit for you, your pet(s), and myself. SERVICES PROVIDED: - plant watering/feeding - pet care (I would like to have a vet contact provided in case there is an emergency) - feeding, taking out for a walk, bathing when required - minimal house cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting etc.) - supplies to be provided - mail collection - recycling and garbage collection WHEN IT COMES TO PETS: I am allergic to cats, so unfortunately I wouldn't be able to housesit where cats are involved. Dogs would not be an issue, I have had Yorkshire terriers, and I do occasionally help out with dog walking, where I work with a variety of dogs (size and personality). I used to have a parrotlet as well, so birds would not be an issue either. I do have a fear of reptiles and spiders, so I would have to refuse a housesit with those pets.
