House Sitter in Palm Harbor, Florida

A person's property, especially access to their home is sacred, and not easily entrusted to just anyone. My work career involves a high level of trust, attention to details, and an ever present awareness to my environment. I am looking to be more of a personal assistant to the owner versus a house sitter. I will make sure the property shows no signs of long term vacancy by retrieving mail, trash removal and plant maintenance. Give the appearance of occupancy by rotation of lights left on; and alternating the time of day I come and go. I dont drink, smoke, or do pets ( due to allergies). I will do light dusting, vacuuming, and shop for groceries.
