House Sitter in Lakeland, Florida

I've house and pet-sat multiple times. I am very clean and organized and generally will leave houses cleaner than when I arrived. I do whatever the average homeowner or renter is expected: keep the place clean and running. This includes mail collection, taking out the trash/recycling, vacuuming and dusting, pet care of applicable, the whole nine yards. I do have other employment, though it shouldn't conflict with any house-sitting schedule. I am looking for part-time, supplemental house-sitting work.
