House Sitter in Charleston, South Carolina

I currently live in Austin, TX, and am interested in relocating to the East Coast in the near future. Before I make a permanent move (i.e. purchase a home, move everything), I want to make sure I like the area. I haven't visited Charleston in many years. Because I work from home, I can live anywhere in the Southeast. I am an animal lover and currently have four cats who will stay in Austin with my roommate for now. Before I moved to Austin, I was the proud mother of a rescued Greyhound (Blade) and two cats. Blade had cancer and had to be euthanized right before I moved to Austin. I have never been able to bring myself to adopt another dog, but I love all cats and dogs and am an active volunteer with Austin Pets Alive! I work for a small specialty laboratory in New Jersey, selling our new test to Managed Care companies throughout the Southeast. I have had a long career in the clinical laboratory industry, primarily in field sales (24 years), more recently in Managed Care (6 years).
