Hi there, my name is James. I'm a mature (forties), English born business owner living in Inwood (10034). I work for myself and am home office based (I do not work nine to five) so I have a very flexible schedule. I'm looking to pick up one or two regular gigs with people that I can reliably fill in or cover for as their needs arise. I hope to build a history of reliability and excellence of service here. Availability: For daily duties: I would be available in my neighborhood (Inwood - 10034), or Washington Heights. For weekly or bi-weekly duties, I could go as far south as Midtown on a regular, reliable basis. What I can offer you: I'm an apartment owner and am very well versed in what to do in the event of some kind of domestic emergency, and can also perform the usual basic duties required here, which for manhattan I would guess is more likely to be about mail collection, plant and pet care than about pool cleaning or snow shoveling - but let me know what you need, I can probably help! Prior experience: I don't have a history here on housesitter.com, but outside of being very domestically capable, I've had both cats and dogs previously, and could care for birds or fish in addition to that.
