Previously I worked for over twenty years in residential property management and executive relocation. I decided to go back to school and now I write. I can work from anywhere. Please note the posted hourly rate is a minimum and negotiable. What I Am Looking For Short or Long Term/ Live On or Off Site I can stop in to perform tasks, care for animals, etc. on either a daily or weekly basis. House Sitting Experience and Property Management Background Having previously worked in residential property management, one of my tasks was inspecting vacant properties when executives were on assignments abroad. Other tasks included interior and exterior walk-through inspections, changing light timers or furnace filters, meeting contractors, and watering plants. Often I worked remotely from the property while a contractor was completing a repair. Having a person visibly at your property is an important part of your home security plan. I guarantee that I will treat your property as if it were my own. 2. Experienced Pet Owner and Animal Lover I'm an experienced pet owner (cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits) and can help with the following: walking, bathing, trimming nails, dispensing medications, and medical emergency care if necessary. I'm completely comfortable handling dogs of all sizes including dominant breeds. And I'm capable of caring for chickens and birds in general. 🐣 I can trim nails, beaks, etc. 🦜🐦 A lot of these things aren't likely going to be necessary, but I've got you covered if they are. I guarantee that I will treat your pets with love and affection. You won't need to worry about your pets while you're away. 3. House Plant Aficionado and Avid Gardener I learned to garden from my mother, who learned from my grandmother who grew up on a farm, who learned from my great-grandmother! The growing season in Pennsylvania is much longer than in Minnesota so I'm in heaven! I love house plants, flower and vegetable gardening. I bring this knowledge with me. I am open to helping with either indoor or outdoor plant and garden care. I guarantee that I will care for your plants and garden with love, and definitely lots of water. Fee for Service I do require a fee for service commensurate with the entailed responsibilities. Please feel free to reach out with your needs.
