My name is Michael and I am a 38 year old professional house-sitter based in Yonkers, New York. I specialize in pet feeding, mail collection, trash & recycling, and general upkeep. I have several years of experience in the education field (middle/high school English teacher--tutoring sold separately), and now I am looking to assist a home owner. As long as your house is within a 1hr commute to the South Bronx, where I teach, I offer my services for a very competitive rate of $85.00/daily for overnight sitting involving pets (negotiable daily/hourly rates if pets are not involved and if not overnight). As a reliable house-sitter, I am a great asset and take pride in my work. I will make sure that all of the tasks assigned to me are completed on time and to the highest standards. I am available to answer any questions you may have before entering any contractual agreements. Note on plant care: I can take care regular plants, but exotic and succulent plants I will most likely kill.
