Hi, I'm Catherine! I'm 19 years old, and I started Pet Sitting at the age of 9 or 10. At that time, I had my own little business cards, and maybe made $20 each stay. My work was less frequent then, for obvious reasons, but as I got older, my love for animals and for helping others never subsided! More recently, I've worked several gigs back to back, looking after pets for others. That's when house sitting became a new service for me to offer! When I tried it, I loved it. New environments are always exciting to me, and it makes me happy knowing that the homeowner no longer has to worry, and can enjoy their trip. I understand that trusting someone to be in your home can be nerve-racking, for good reason! That is why I meet every client in advance, and offer frequent updates. Any task you'd like me to complete, I will do! I like to go above and beyond, helping in more ways than others might. For example, I once found ants in a home I was watching. I killed every single one, cleaned them up, and blocked off the holes I saw them entering through. If you'd just like me to drop in, I am more than happy to do so, or I can stay in a guest room for more active monitoring - say, if you have pets. I try not to disturb anything in your home without permission - so when you return, things will be exactly as you left them, unless otherwise requested.
