I first met Sam many years ago and since then she has served as a pet sitter for me countless times, coming to the rescue last minute when I was going on vacation, visiting my parents, or just away for the weekend. She is incredibly flexible, communicative, and has showered love on my pets and plants alike! Rising early and staying up late, Sam is always available to answer the phone, which can be a relief if you forget to mention something, want to check in with her, or are having a package delivered that you would like brought inside. Sam has a knack for anticipating people's needs and is very reliable when flights get delayed, animals get sick, or you need someone to watch over your home for an extended period of time. Because she has traveled a lot, she thinks of logistics and is a fast problem solver. She brings a lot of enthusiasm to everything in her life and, with absolute confidence, I recommend her as a housesitter who will safeguard your most special space while you are away.

I've had the pleasure of both being good friends with Samantha Ruiz and also working along side her on a number of projects, both overseas and at home. This has meant I have seen her in a range of situations, from a hard working, diligent, honest and positive person at work to someone that is caring, patient and reliable as a friend. She house sat for me once for a few days last minute and not only did she take extremely good care of my cat, she had the whole place cleaner than I left it! I would be over the moon to have her come stay again and look after my house and cat.
