Security Officer seeking new clients in upscale communities for typical House Sitting needs such as picking up the mail, clearing news papers, taking out/in trash, and watering plants. Also available for more advanced needs such as appliance monitoring/up keep, check/change air filters, and power/water maintenance.
Experience:
More than 15 years of experience in House Sitting in a variety of upscale high-rises such as La Revage, Park Place, Trieste, Vanderbilt towers and many others.
Security Officer experience with a number of well known security agencies such Abacus Investigation and Security, Blue Lightning, and U.S. Security Associates.
One year of formal experience as Maintenance personnel at College Club housing.
Five years of experience as a Veterinary Technician with Banfield Pet Hospital.
Education/Certifications:
Bachelors of Science in Biotechnology from FGCU
Licensed Security Officer in the State of Florida
