House Sitter in Osoyoos, British Columbia

hello everyone ! We are a young couple , Sabrina 27 and Justin 30 along with our 3 yr old shitzu daisy and we are currently on the road for a year! We left Quebec in july and spent a few months up north in the Yukon and Alaska but weather turned over much faster than usual so we decided to come down to southern b-c to seek some heat but it is still cold! A friend suggested we look into house sitting as we have a lot of experience with this already. We currently own multiple rental properties back home and Justin has a lot of experience managing properties for clients so it is nothing new for us . Justin has been a home owner since the age of 18 and flipping houses for 12 years and has tons of experience in all fields of renovations so if any work needs to be done while you are away or if you have any projects you would like done he would be more than happy to !( he likes to keep busy!) he has also owned a landscaping company for the past 12 yrs so if you have gardens to maintain or plants to keep alive he is your guy! We love animals of all kinds as long as they are friendly:D and will be more than happy to house sit , walk your pets etc. We are very clean and quiet people and are looking for a quiet place. Neither of us smoke or do and are very occasional drinkers. We do enjoy cooking so somewhere with a kitchen access would be preferable. Basically the only conditions we have are that we can bring our little fluffball( who is hypoallergenic and does not loose any hair and extremely well behaved) and that there is free parking for our van. other than that we are extremely flexible in terms of durations etc.. we are currently in osoyoos and heading towards Vancouver and then Vancouver island, we can move faster or slower to accommodate also open do staying longer to work if you have any renovation projects to complete either way very flexible. you can contact us on Justins phone at 819 664 ...
