This video is a little less than 1.5 hours long and it was 100% worth my time today. For my sisters who are natural caregivers, parents, trauma survivors, who have struggled with boundaries (all of us have), who are taking care of children or parents with high needs, who are in service roles, who are struggling to live authentically while wearing so many hats. For those of us who have struggled with the suppression of feelings; who are learning and practicing healthy expression of anger/fear/pain/emotions: Make some time for this if your gut tells you there is something here for you - there probably is. ❤ I hope that it will help us in our healing and evolution.
