Summary: Hi there! My name is Karen. I have retired from teaching and am interested in a house sitter work opportunity on Florida's Space Coast in the Brevard county area. I am a committed, hard working, disciplined individual who takes responsibility seriously. I currently volunteer with several local groups that entertain at living facilities and community events around the Central Brevard area. I am not high maintenance so I should not have any problem getting by without a lot of fuss and keeping things as you like and clean up after myself, of course. I have my own transportation and tend to keep busy but I do have flexible availability. I will take care of an apartment, a single-family home, or a unit in a townhouse or condo complex. Service Abilities: I will take care of bringing in the mail, waiting fro package deliveries, etc.. I would not mind doing other light chores as instructed on a case-by-case basis.
