I'm a trained and Experienced Apartment Tenant Manager I know how to respond fast and secure a property in an emergency that is of utmost importance to me. I Have had such clients with 5 bedrooms homes with plants and another client with a 3 bedroom Town House with 2 Dogs, And another client with a one bedroom Condo with 5 Toy Chihuahua's. Willing to clean your home and provide cleaning supplies if necessary, empty waste baskets and maintain replace Pee Pads, pick up poop and clean Dog Run areas, landscape when standard Curb Appeal are below expectations. Palm pruning to a certain height, Decorative fountain cleaning and maintenance, Temporary drip system installations, or daily schedule of systematic watering manually at your request.
