I am a mature Transfer student who is attending TRU University in Kamloops to finalize my Criminology/Psychology degree. Due the nature of my studies I have had numerous background government checks along with a Federal red pass received from Prince George airport. No criminal history or records with a clean drivers abstract. Non-smoker, never have never will, and non-drinker due to requirements of keeping my physicality for future work in government areas. No wife, girlfriends, or children, need to have a high transferability for future work. Looking to keep care of a persons home and give peace of mind to those who own the home, and in return a place to sleep and shower. I will be spending a large majority of my time studying and have no need of any other known utilities.
