My husband and I are retired, owned a house in Charleston National for 14 years and would like to return to the area for the winter. Instead of renting we will house sit, caring for plants, checking property needs and other negotiable jobs.
We recently restored our family 1750 farm in Ct so are very attentive to detail and the house in on Airbnb with successful rents this summmer.
Location is important to us and we are looking for a 2 br, 2 bath for the winter months.
