Summary: Hi, I am a local teacher and own my own home in the Treasure Valley. I live on 5 acres with a pool and pets, and understand the need to have someone look over your home when away. Living on a little farm has given me the experience and knowledge to handle the following for guests: Pool care Farm animal care Domestic pet care Lawn care Home tidying & pick up and/ or cleaning so you come home to a fresh and clean house Laundry Plant and garden watering Irrigation Mail or business care / bill pay Mail communication Utility adjustments such on turning lights on and off or adjusting heat so your home is warm or cool upon your return. Errands needed, such as package drop off or pick up, shopping or dry cleaning Grocery shopping so your home is well stocked upon your return. Housecleaning (sub contracted... have great cleaner) Deep clean while you are gone: refrigerator, closets, clean windows, etc. I also have 5 years experience in the vacation home industry via VRBO and AirBnb, and am a super-host with great reviews. I'd be happy to share reviews there that attest to my attention to detail, dependability, and hospitality. House sitting works will with my teacher schedule and helps me supplement my income for my children and I, who I have a little over half of the time. Being a teacher means I have must have a background check, including finger prints. I think this offers my clients a higher level of security into the caliber of house sitter when booking me.
