I am 52 year old retired female. Looking for property caretaker/house sitting job in the South Park to New Mexico area for several months, while I am searching for property.
I will maintain country/mountain home in clean fashion, assisting with yard work and snow removal. But I don't do driveways! Collect and forward mail and I have 4 wheel drive. Willing to pay portion of utilities.
Owner would no longer need security companies, landscaping service, snow removal or property manager. When family returns for visit or house is rented for a week or two on vacation site, I can easily vacate property.
