House Sitter in Chicago, Illinois

I am a twenty year old student about to start my senior year as an Art History major at Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio! I love animals, I am an incredibly active and tidy person, and am looking to housesit in Chicago this summer. My home in Vermont has two dogs and two cats so I am experienced in caring for animals at home. Last summer (2017) I housesat for a few families I was connected with through Wag! (an app for pet-care similar to Uber or Lyft) where I was employed as a dog walker all summer in Washington, D.C. I never received lower than a five-star review for my walks or my long-term stays! Through housesitting I have been provided the opportunity to become comfortable with an area I was previously completely unfamiliar with. I love to travel and discover new places, so housesitting has become a great joy for me!
