My name is Bryson Caires and I am a senior at Northern Arizona University pursuing a degree in Criminology/Criminal Justice with a minor in Business. I was born and raised on Maui, Hawai'i before moving to Arizona for college. I am currently seeking a part time position to help fund my academic expenses as well as gaining experience in different fields of work. I have experience house sitting for family friends back in Hawai'i, mostly on their beach front vacation homes for 3-4 months out of the year. I pride myself in being honest and responsible because I firmly believe that there must be an immediate establishment of trust between the house sitter and homeowner. Whenever I house-sit I always take and record instructions from home owners regarding overseeing their houses, and asking questions to determine if they would like any special way for their homes to be treated. Professional House-sitting experience: • Occupy homes while owners are away and handle the general maintenance and upkeep of the interior and exterior • File incoming mail and ensure that any instructions for mail forwarding is followed • Pay utility bills and oversee any maintenance or repair work being done on the property • Ascertain that the house is properly locked down at the end of the day
