You want to KNOW your home will be taken care of. Attention to detail is what you're after. It would be nice to feel like the house-sitter you are retaining isn't just sitting in your house. Trust me, I get it! It would help to know your plants will survive, your pets will thrive, it'll be brought in when mail arrives. You care that pipes won't freeze, the pests won't infest and when it blows, open windows will channel the breeze? There is security in seeing to it that a fire dosen't go unnoticed or prowlers undaunted. Trust me, I get it! I value these aspects and more in regards to my own property and investments. You can expect that I offer nothing less if given the opportunity to monitor yours. Trust is a difficult thing to put a price tag on. Even more difficult is taking the leap and listening your intuition. Again, I say "Trust me"! By now you're probably wondering two things: Why should I/we trust you & Who are you? As for these concerns, I am trustworthy due to the fact I'm approaching this arrangement from a place of trust. I am posting this purely because I was meditating one morning and let's just say I'm following an inner guidence. I've lived many places, speak a couple different languages, have an education & family. It just so happens my circumstances allow me the freedom that's needed and my curiosity to explore life's roads less travled is insatiable (that and I'm a Libra who can't make up her mind where the best place to live is)!
