Growing up on an organic goat farm in Vermont gave me a different perspective in life than most, I'm also one of eight kids. :) My passion and work in the world is filmmaking, as well as bodywork (massage) and communications. I thrive when in community with people and savor time by myself. Yoga, meditation, healthy eating, and regular movement keeps my mind and body sharp, clean and inspired.
