House Sitter in Evanston, Illinois

My husband and I own a two flat in Evanston. We are having renovation done on the house and so are looking for house sitting basically now through end of February. We have a 9 month old son and a 4 year old well trained Newfoundland that is trained as either an indoor or outdoor dog. (Dog could possibly be left in our yard in Evanston, but we hope to find a situation where we can keep him. He's very very friendly with other dogs, and little dogs love him too for some reason.) We would actually be happy to sit your house just in exchange for living there rent free. We need to find a place to move into while the renovations are happening. We do have a back up place to stay in March in case for some reasons the renovations are not done. Thanks for your consideration. Basically we would live in your house and love it and care for it like it's ours.
