I have known leslie as a very close personal friend for over 35 years. We have worked together as classroom teachers and our children have grown up together. She has been a home owner for 40 plus years and maintained the two private residences she lived in meticulously, both inside and outside. She presently owns her own condo. Leslie taught in the public school system in Grand Forks, BC and was a highly respected and well loved teacher. In her retirement, Leslie has found the time to spend on her writing, having recently authored a children's book. Leslie is a very honest, reliable person and I would have no hesitation using her as a house sitter and have absolutely no hesitation recommending her as a house sitter. She's a retired school teacher and an award-winning and published author and I am proud to call her my good friend which she's been for a couple of years here in Revelstoke. Much of her time since I've known her has been spent devotedly caring for her late husband as well as supporting her daughters in raising their young children. Leslie enjoys a quiet simple lifestyle while pursuing her retirement occupation of writing poetry and stories. For what it's worth, her condo is always immaculate whenever I drop in for a visit.
