Greetings, My name is Dan. I grew up in Georgetown, Maine, went to school at the University of Maine in Orono for six years, graduated with a handful of degrees, and have lived here and there since then. Currently I work as a freelance writer doing mostly commercial and academic work. I am also an aspiring poet and musician. I've been house sitting and pet sitting since graduating college. I've been told by mentors and coaches that I am a very conscientious person, as well as responsible, diligent and dependable. I am very sensitive by nature--I pay attention to the details. When I house sit, I care for your space with the utmost care. I believe in the "leave no trace" rule and I also make sure to leave the space cleaner and tidier than when I found it.
